Terms of Service

Last updated 13 September 2026

These terms cover your use of AuraMedHub. By creating an account you agree to them.

What AuraMedHub is

AuraMedHub is a record-keeping and reminder tool for licensed healthcare professionals. It helps you track credentials, see which continuing education requirements apply to your profession, and find courses offered by third parties.

AuraMedHub is not your licensing board and does not determine your compliance. We are not an accredited continuing education provider, we do not award credit, and we do not report completions to any state board on your behalf. Your board's record is the one that counts. Always confirm your standing directly with them before relying on anything shown here.

Accuracy is a shared responsibility

We map statutory requirements to professions as carefully as we can, but rules change, they vary by license type, and your individual circumstances may differ. Requirement data may be incomplete or out of date.

  • You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter, including expiration dates.
  • Details extracted automatically from a scanned certificate are a starting point, not a verified reading. Check them against the document before saving.
  • You remain responsible for meeting your renewal requirements on time.

Courses and third-party providers

Courses listed in the marketplace are delivered by independent, accredited providers. Credit, contact hours, certificates and board approval come from that provider, not from AuraMedHub. Where a listing indicates approval, that reflects what the provider reports — we do not independently verify it.

Purchases, refunds, scheduling and support for those courses are between you and the provider, under their terms.

The AI study tutor

The tutor is a study aid. It can be wrong, including about clinical topics and statutory requirements. Do not rely on it for patient care decisions or as an authoritative statement of your board's rules. Verify anything that matters against a primary source.

Your account

  • Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for activity under your account.
  • Enter only credentials that are genuinely yours.
  • Do not upload documents containing patient information.
  • Do not misrepresent a credential you do not hold. Records here can be surfaced to employers through license verification.

We may suspend accounts used to misrepresent credentials or to abuse the service.

Availability and liability

The service is provided as-is. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and features that depend on third parties can fail independently of us.

To the fullest extent the law allows, AuraMedHub is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including a lapsed license or a missed renewal deadline. Tracking your compliance remains your responsibility.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

Changes

We will update the date above when these terms change, and notify account holders by email of material changes before they take effect.
